This looks like a single level wash. Probably early 60's!

This looks like a very early "Convertible-portable". Our downstairs neighbors had the built-in version of this BOL. My Mother always groused that this was the dishwasher they should have installed. She hated buttons and bells and whistles.

Ken these in the jpg are later models we had the portable with 2 buttons. It was a good machine but loud. The joke of it was it said whisper quiet on the front panel.
