Easy Bake Makes a Comeback

Been seeing the "Easy Bake" oven on store shelves lately. But this one is not the retro design of yore. Instead it's a modern re-do that is supposed to look like a microwave.

I have no idea if it's any good. I remember a neighborhood girl in the 50's had one that looked like a miniature range.

I think you can get a real microwave at one of the discount chain stores for the same or less than the new Easy Bake oven.

my sister got one around 1964 and easybake became easybroke !She left it on and it melted!

My cousin's 8 year old daughter got one for chirstmas last year. She made a number of items and passed them around, all were passable. Not the greatest quality but she was proud of them and decorated them too.
