This is another one of those shortcut recipes I think is great..
Chicken Tetrazini.
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled in water and a bouillon cube.
1 8 oz box spaghetti boiled and drained
1 onion chopped
4 TBSP butter
1 clove garlic chopped
2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup
5 TBSP broth that chicken was cooked in
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
While spaghetti is cooking, saute onion in butter, add garlic, cook tender but not brown.
Add onion mixture to soups broth and cheese, add chopped chicken, fold in spaghetti, pour into a greased 9x13 pyrex dish, bake 30 to 35 min at 350, take out of oven, sprinkle with more cheese, return to oven for 10 minutes or so till cheese is bubbly.
