Kind of pricey, yet from what I've seen if it remained at opening bid price it would be a steal as far as lighted Telechron advertising clocks go.

Or if you want to do it yourself, you can assemble your own from vintage components.  Not sure if it has the glass though and there are already six bids.

I'd almost say it was a reproduction but no.

Ralph, It's not an auction, that's the buy it now price and it's pretty reasonable I think considering it's good condition. It appeals to advertising collectors and clock nuts etc.

Ralph's talking about the bits & pieces & no glass clock in his link which is being bid on. The complete clock has a BIN price. I always like to watch these advertising clocks and see what they sell for. Unless it's dinky, that Apex clock is a bargain...very cool too. I wonder how big it is?

The complete clock is BIN/make offer and the disassembled parts are up for bid.

 

My guess is that these clocks measure at least 12" in diameter.

 

I'll bet a lot of people are after the second hand with the big red arrow in the parts lot.  They're kind of rare.  Would remind me of  the hard luck meter on Queen For a Day watching that arrow cruise up and over from 9 to 3.
