Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

Congratulations Tom.

I am so pleased that that Zanny will be going to a good home.

When i first saw it, I was sorely tempted to bid on it myself - I really mean that too. It was only this evening that i/we decided against it, due to space constraints and the fact that we have the WD1012.

I have always loved the squat looking Zannys with the full filter cover and, with this being a Jetsystem (was it the first one), Rob was very tempted too.

I was dreading seeing it go to Joe or Jemima Public, but can relax that it will be safe.

Real heartfelt congratulations to you - please show her off when you pick her up.

A very happy
Paul
p.s did that Z30 dishwasher sell? you could maybe wangle yourself a black facia dishwasher, maybe for a knockdown price, when you pick up the 1023!

Wonderful - my evening has been made!

No worries Seamus

At least you got the manual for posterity.

Will continue to work for the whole of that series of electrons - 3 down / 3 to go!
God, i wish i'd won that A3344!

Paul

Dream Machine

Thanks Paul,

These machines are pretty rare, and are the first series of Jetsystems. I've only seen two of this model in over four years on ebay. Being the type that does the pulse spins in the wash brings back many memories of my grandma's Electrolux WD3000T of the same basic design.

Many are familiar with Darren's FJ1033, the ZFL series were the series before this, they still had the solid tub and 'twin circle' drum as on the WD1012.

My only concern is that the timer might be worn as I vaguely remember them being an issue on these machines (am I right or just paranoid?). However, I have a new motor for her should she need it (which is lucky because they are officially obsolete now).

Anyway I shall hopefully be picking up this beauty over the next couple of weeks.

Tom

Yeah it definitely does the pulse spins, I have the timer sequence diagram for it. It is a solid tub as the ZFL1023 is based on the C7000 series of machines, in fact the same tub as on my Z9191T Washcraft.

PS. The dishwasher sold for £20 so hopefully it's going to a good home too.

Tom.

Tom!
I am soooooooooooo pleased you got that machine! Its really nice lookin! Paul: i too always liked the split panel design hiding the filter!

Its a really nice looking model! And i hope it does the spins in the wash! The jetsystem as you've said tom is just like mine cept obv the solid drum! I like how it rains over the load and through the paddles in mine.

Really can't wait to see your pics and vids of it!!:D:D:D:D

Darren

Thank you Darren! I have been waiting years for one of these and sad as it is I used to dream about owning one. Over the moon is really putting it mildly. Thank you Zanussi for producing such an entertaining *and* smart machine!

Tom

Hey, your not sad! I dreamt for ages about owning some old school zannis and now i have 2 i couldn't be happier:D They're def my favourites :-) They work like a dream, are really entertaining and i have never grown tired of the styling!!!!

Darren

WHOA!!!

Congratulations on your Zanussi Tom! Can't wait to see mpore photos/ videos of it when you pick it up.

One question about it though, which you may be able to answer if you have the timer sequence... The machine does a final "Shakedown" after the final spin. Always wondered what this was... its probably just some tumbles but might not be!!

David

David!
Mine does it...its just anti crease tumbles. Clever thing is it unlocks the door at the same time. So when it stops tumbling you can open it. If you rushed the machine on it wouldn't let you in for 2mins!!

Congratulations on the new purchase Mike!

Was great to be there and witness the successful win - cant wait to see it in the flesh.
Let us know how it goes.

Cheers gary for posting the Logic images -by the looks of it, this was the first 1100 Logic - Model A3576 - from 1987/88.

Oh well - hey ho.

Just looking at the main picture of the Logic and the Blomberg, is that a Hoover single tub machine buried behind it?

Cheers
Paul

Logic Paper Shredder Bloomberg

Hello Paul

a Hoover single tub....AS IF!..... i would let that go :-)............no its a paper shredder.

Hello Ron from down under I am glad you named the Bloomberg coz i could not remember what make it was, i sort of recognised it but coudnt put name to it.

It is in a terrible state........the tub is missing and the drum is crushed most of the inards are missing........... christ knows whats happened to that one

Well on the way to work i stopped off at another site iused to work at and came across a very nice Servis tumble dryer (sqaure door type, brown control panel and kick strip) in nice condition, i picked it up on the way home tonight so will post some pictures of it later.
I cannot remember the model number...something like a super dry reversing 209 or summit.......bloody heavy for a dryer aswell

So thats me news

Gary

Hiya Gary.

I didnt really think it would be - but that shredder does look like the drag handle of the earlier hoover single tubs.
Just thought i'd check.

Looks like you are being inundated by stuff down there - now you have a servis 209 supa-dry.

Just before me and rob got our storage unit, I saw round the back of currys in derby a 261 Multivent. Looked in great nick but alas no where to put it back then. I doubt currys would have released it to me anyway.

Cheers
paul
