Servis Supa Dry Fots

Well here are a few fots of the Servis dryer i brought home. it is in very good condition (no rust!) and will clean up nicely.

Only problem is I think it needs a new motor start capacitor.....which shouldnt be a problem, once i have rummaged through my bits boxes.

I remember these machines now at a retailer here called Comet long long time ago, but i havent seen anything else from them.....where they an actual manufacturer or a re-badged jobby?

Blomberg....

..is a German manufacturer now owned by Arcelik (I know what it sounds like!) who also own Beko. I have a feeling that they were tied up with Brandt though as they looked for all the world like one even though they were made in Germany...

Some of the machines on www.blomberg.de are rebadged Bekos....

I would love to read a test of the 'real' Blombergs against an AEG, Miele and Bosch....
