I have recently purchased a voltage transformer for my sister's VTG Sears bonnet hair + nail center dryer.
Besides being super packaged I also found this handwritten note inside an envelope in the package, and that is one of the sweetest, more customer caring things I could come across during my actually long experience purchasing on there.
The other transformer I purchased for myself right before this one the seller cancelled the purchase right after I paid, surprised I asked why and it was because there was a mistake in the shipping price he put and couldn't find a cheaper one.
He put $10 for shipping and item was $10, but nothing under $26 was available.
So what he did was making another listing just for me, with a shipping cost of $25 and accepted my minimum offer of $1 giving me the transformer for free.
And no, it wasn't to pay less sale fees, shipping actually costed that amount, it was written on the label
Can you believe it? There is still honest and caring people out there!
I just wanted to share these stories
