Now lookee here, know many of you wish to "try" commercial laundry products at home. Am here to tell you these products are not "toys" and can cause serious health and machine damage if used improperly. The detergent is highly alkaline (almost 50% sodium hydroxide), the "Stain-Away" is highly concentrated chlorine bleach, and the "sour" contains strong acids. Unless one has the dispensing system, you will have to find away to dose product that requires handling said product directly, which is NOT how they are designed to work. One will also need to figure out the correct dosage, and do not bother calling Ecolab as they will not even speak to, much less offer assistance to non-commercial persons.
