Starburst is Correct

According to Goggle,they were made only in a perc from 59to63,you know companies did so many strange things.I would imagine for public imput.I didnt look good enough at it.I was kinda taken by that Lincoln like star.You think you have seen so much out and about,and then suddenly you realize you have just touched the tip of the iceburg,Thanks Again Bobby

What's unusual about Black Starburst is that it was only on percolators. I do not know of another Corning Ware pattern except Blue Medallion that was on such a limited number of pieces. Blue Medallion was a Shell Oil premium-with-purchase, with just two or three casserole sizes, if I'm correctly informed.

I'm glad you found that perc - it's rare, and even more so with the all-Corning Ware body instead of the metal rim. Congratulations.

I slightly enlarged the Sears Catalogue text.....and did not see one mention of "dishwasher safe."
