Continuous Clean - FEH!
While I had it for a while (on a 40-inch Westy) and learned to live with it, CC was a PITA. It never really felt like it was as clean as other types, and it took more effort to spruce up than a conventional-clean oven does.
The secret to cleaning a CC oven that was looking grungy was ammonia and a soft scrub brush - wet the liner down with ammonia, scrub and rinse. Afterwards, turn the oven to 500 degrees fcr a while to burn off residues.
But it was an eye-smarting, nose-burning, finger-stinging business, only doable in the warmer months when the windows could be opened.
