Hi It seemed like a good plan when we had a built in steam oven fitted but in reality we never use it, it take far to long to clean. Just use a stove top steamer that you can put in the DW after use. The only time its ever used now is if I'm cooking for a big party

I came across a recipe for chicken steamed over lapsang souchon tea. Perhaps I can find the recipe again. Would be interesting to try it.
