The machine pictured below is an Emilia DW301SSEM that belongs to a good friend of mine. The trouble was the house they moved into included this dishwasher, but no-one (including me) knows what cycle does what - since the manual is missing and the symbols for each cycle are confusing... We have searched online for a manual, but Emilia has since more or less abandoned making machines, and they don't publish support material for their dishwashers.

If someone could suggest the names of the cycles (Ordering: Left row downwards, same for right row) and even temperatures, I/My friend would appreciate it. From memory, they are using either the cycle with the Pot on it or 3-in-One. They have also been using Finish PowerUp with their detergent (Sorry, can't remember it), which took the paint off a Pyrex jug - and they didn't overdose. I've also tried deciphering it, but can't really come up with anything, since it looks like some cycles are mixed item loads or something.

Here's what I'd do...

The "3in1" cycle is obviously a cycle designed for using with multifunctional tablets.
Go and buy some multifunctional tablets and use them with this cycle :)

I can help my dishwasher has the same labels.

3 in 1 is for a all in one tablet and there might be a basket for it also.

pot with line heavy wash

pot norm

plates light or fast wash

dark spry is a pre wash soak

glass is for fine glass stuff

glass pot is also a fast wash

last one spry is just a rinse off.

Thanks!

Thanks everyone here! I remember them saying they've tried "3in1" a number of times with regular powder and had terrible results. I imagine there may only be one rinse on this cycle, if the tablet contained a rinse aid...

I'm left wondering which cycles would only have a single rinse. Probably Fast or Economy Plates cycle. Hopefully the Pot Normal wash has a pre-rinse or at least 2 final rinses.

I got a danby but if it is anything like it. The pots norm and heavy do a pre wash wash rinse rinse and heavy adds another rinse.

plates light and fast do wash rinse rinse fast only has one rinse

3 in 1 does a wash rinse only I think.
