European combi boilers

a while back,bought a "triangle tube phase 3"combi boiler,never used/slight cosmetic damage,for a "steal" price-if it all checks good,may investigate installing this thing Looks like the domestic hot water section is like a "tankless"water heater:i have heard those are highly prone to "scaling up"in the hot water tubes-if that is the case,might make that a closed circuit to a tank water heater with heat exchanger built in. This boiler,-couldn't find any info online so far-seems to be basicly made in Belgium then fitted out with US electrics and accessories by US importer Y2K date codes were found on components.With a blower-forced burner,it is rated at 199,000 BTU-more capacity than I need,but could derate
