have gotten a few of these from the dump lately-when I see one there,it gets salvaged within seconds 
Use of salvaged motors for small wind and hydro generators is well known.outward appearance is the same between the F&P and WP,but noticed F&P is 14 pole/42 coils while WP is 12pole/36 coils.The F&P motor came from a 2004 aquasmart:wanted to repair this washer and add to fleet,but it was partly disassembled and key parts were missing-this one only the second aquasmart I have seen local.One of the WP motors was from a 2014 cabrio-washer was already bent up,so just took the motor-this was a fancy washer and only about 2 yrs old-makes me wonder what sent it to the dump so young...Might just have to construct a small wind generator with one of these just for kicks-stator coils can be reconnected to get desired voltage range
