Has anyone been using it, and if so how do you rate it?

I broke out in a terrible rash three weeks ago, my G.P. recomended using Non Bio detergent...I know its been proved that Bio detergent is no worse for your skin.....but my skin was on fire and I was getting desperate. Adsa had Fairy gel for £3.00 so I thought I'd give it a try. Well I LOVE IT! Smells great, washes well, doesnt suds lock in my miele like Ariel Exel Gel did with a load of towels. Also it works really well on the "express" wash ( I select water plus ie extra wash and rinse water plus an extra rinse )at 40 deg. I still use powder or tablets for my whites, but for lights and darks the gel does the trick!

I've done a few washes with it, as I just had to try it but I'm not normally a fan of non-bio. The smell is very nice and does a pretty good job (didn't try it on anything very dirty though) but I actually found it to be really sudsy, unlike Ariel Excel Gel.

I noticed on the Tesco website that its normal price is £4.99 (!!) and the larger £6.98 bottles have less in them than the larger Ariel bottles for some reason. I don't understand why this stuff is priced so much higher than Ariel, when it has no chance of cleaning to the same standard.

Sounds like, in the UK, when clothes are dirty, one should employ the Fairy, then sit back and enjoy a fag on laundry day!

I think it would be cool to have Fairy detergent in the US.

Fairy Dust and Fairy Gel.
