Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but here goes nothing.
What is your favorite breakfast? Mine is a fully loaded omelette with a variety of meats and veggies and hash browns inside, freshly made fluffy blueberry pancakes made with fresh blueberries inside and out, topped with whipped cream, and a mug full of freshly brewed coffee made from arabica beans freshly ground. It has to be a full sized, killer breakfast. On top of that, I like my blueberry pancakes full size and with pecans added for added texture. Even better, I like them made from whole wheat. And, the coffee has to be nice and strong as well as consistently uniform. What I like to do is take a sip of coffee after every bite of blueberry pancakes so that the flavors blend seamlessly. Oh, and I like my syrup to match the flavor of the aforementioned pancakes. Also, I don't put anything in my coffee. I like to capture the natural flavor of it.
What do you guys think?

Denver Omelet made with crisp bacon instead of ham, home fries and buttered toast with assorted jams.  It is very seldom that I eat a breakfast like this, usually we have this for a breakfast at dinner time meal.

My regular breakfast is a small bowl of either raisin bran or shredded wheat with whole milk and a cup of green tea, now that I’ve had to give up coffee due to the need to better manage my acid reflux.

Breakfast?  What's that...

I do an 18-ish hour fast and generally do not eat until 2-3PM.  Then I might do eggs, a sandwich or perhaps a hot dog.  As of late I've been  doing slowly scrambled eggs finished with a dollop of sour cream, very creamy.  If have I home made bread around a couple of poached eggs on a thick slice of bread is fine too.  I usually do pancakes once a week too.

Then I have a late dinner at 8-9PM, so 2 meals a day for me.

When I go to ihop,

I always get their big steak omelette with avocado, blueberry pancakes with matching blueberry syrup, and several cups of black coffee. I do the same method when taking on pancakes and coffee, which is to take a sip of coffee after every bite of pancakes so that the taste of coffee offsets the sweetness. With a breakfast like this, I can understand when people say that coffee likes a full stomach.

Healthy here except

on a special occasion. When you're over 50, the metabolism slows down. I love pancaks, waffles, bacon, sausage, bagels with lox and cream cheese, ham, omletes, has browns, which we do eat, even for dinne once in a while. I used to make german pancakes, eggs benedict, apple crsip, etc.
So, I have a protien bar or banana or both before my workouts. Afterward a protein shake, 2 eggs, or a half cup of nuts with a few raisins.

I usually don't eat breakfast, but every three weeks or so--and generally as brunch on the weekend--I make my favorite breakfast: two eggs sunny side up, Jimmy Dean link sausages, hash browns, two slices of buttered toast with jam, and a super cold tall glass of milk. Sometimes I add a small bowl of fresh fruit--usually a blend of sliced strawberries, blueberries and some raspberries.

No real favorites here-just Cheerios with cinnamin(Dry) HATE cerial soaked in milk,Choco-banana VM drinks either with Nestlies Quick or Carnation malt mixes. Then OJ or GJ,or even AJ.French Toast with Rye bread, milk, eggs, cinnamin, batter.Scrambled eggs with Cheeze Wiz in them.My Mom made that for me while I was a kid-eaten that ever since.Sometimes Fruit Loops,Cinnamin Toast crunch-or even French Toast Crunch.Yes,even adults DO eat kiddie cerials!

I almost always have oatmeal for breakfast. I get the large box of 52 packets. The flavors are maple & brown sugar, cinnamon & spice, & apples & cinnamon. Like Rex, I've never liked cereal with milk. Occasionally I'll have Chex, if I have any left after making Chex Mix. I'll also have toast & jelly at times.

 Sandwich or deconstructed.

Lightly buttered 100% whole wheat toast, hash brown patty or potato puffs, 1/4 pound no salt added turkey sausage patty, 1-egg omelette, 1 American singles slice on the sausage patty or inside the omelette.

Not necessarily a favorite, but it's what we wanted this morning. Krustaez buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup and applewood smoked bacon. After trying Krustaez again, I'll have a hard time making them from scratch.

My fave breakfast meats would probably be hash and sausage. I like bacon and ham, but a bit less.

Krustaez is the very best pancake mix!  just as good as scratch, if not better.  And couldn’t be easier.  You don’t even need to measure, just add water to the right consistency and your good to go.
