I have been trying for a couple of weeks now to get the perfect shade of turquoise to dye several towels that I have. After creating every possible shade of teal, green, and some hideous grayish blue color, I have FINALLY gotten it PERFECT!!!! Now, I know this shade of turquoise might seem more like blue than turquoise to many of you, but this is exactly the right shade that is my FAVORITE COLOR of ALL time! (Aside from chrome...) I thought I'd share the final product with all of you!

The before is on the left, the after on the right, they are sitting on top of my coin-op Speed Queen under fluorescent lights which exaggerate the blue tone a bit, there is green in there!

Nice :)

As much as I love my plain white towels for being able to hang them on the line and look smugly at how much whiter they are than the neighbours :P some colour would be nice!

The towel turned out perfect

I can see you have a passion for turquoise. My favorite color is lavender. You birthday wouldn't have to fall in December would it lol?

Good job, Junior!
How can you not love a turquiose towel?

1- Didn't Dharma and Greg have a Maytag stacked top-loader & dryer in their kithcen?

2- How could you not adore a man with black hair, tall, thin angled chiseled face and named Gibson?

oh she was cute too. LOL

John- Nope! I was born on May 31st!

Steve- There are those that think it's "too intense"... I gave them some sun glasses and told them to suck it up! And btw, I have to agree about Greg! Totally gorgeous!!!

On a side note, I don't remember what type of stacked set they have... I do remember one episode where she was trying to avoid his terrible cooking I believe and in her haste to hide the food she did have, she put it in the washer and turned it on...
