Laundress is more than ok in my books. I've known of Cimberlie since, I believe, before the original He3T came out. I'll tip my hat to her anytime. Quite a wealth of knowledge.

Toggle, Who Luvs Ya Baby?

Gee, thanks guys!

Have always prided myself on bringing a tone of decorum and dignity where ever one goes, but trying to keep ToggleSwitch in line has proven difficult! The boy just will not listen *LOL*

Guess "time outs" aren't going to work anymore, and am forced to bring out the heavy artillery. Now where is Big Daddy's strap? *LOLx2*

Seriously...

Any REAL complaints and shoot me an E-mail. I DO value everyone's right not to be sujected to "garbage", and will pace myself accordingly.

I try to write in a way that can be read innocently or interestingly, without hurting or offending anyone, especially innocent youth.

To date I have gotten both positive and negative feed-back.

USUALLY I respond tongue-in-cheek to something that even I think is a bit much for this forum. Because there ARE some things I see here that (sorta) offend me, (or more precisely that i think will ofend others), but I really don't think I, of all people, should DARE say anything to anyone about decorum.

Again, I never intend to make anyone uncomfortable.
As most men I can miss social clues and being direct with me (privately) is very much appreciated.

With all my sincerity,
Steve

....and it freikin IS officially bear season today in NJ.

$2 and a few minutes gets you there from NYC on the PATH train.

PATH= Port Authority Trans-Hudson (River).

Part of the reason for the Port Authority is to be able to have a special police unit that can legally work in BOTH states (NJ & NY.) Apparently NYC police officers (who techically get paid by NYS) IIRC CAN NOT CARRY A GUN IN NJ.

PORT Authority Polie can freely roam in either state, perhaps within a certain radius of the crossing.

Of course SOME of us go to NJ to get a HOT lottery ticket when the jackpot is up.

TL vs FL

My next machine is definately going to be an FL machine, I really like being able to wash comforters, gym shoes, pillows, carpets and such without having to make a trip to the laundromat

Tests results are in.......

It's late for me but I decided to rinse the 10 lbs.
load of whites and towels after washing in my top loader.

The results:

Very little suds found during the one rinse cycle in the front loader.
Also........., it did not go into suds lock when it went into spin which I'm very surprised.
So rinsing in a top loader is 75% better than a front loader and it would be a lot better if the spin speed was much higher on the top loader to remove more soap residue like the Unimatic or FP.

Rinsing in a front loader can be better if these three things can be implemented:

1. Larger outer basket (To reduce suds lock condition)
2. Bring in fresh water after spinning (to flush out sump pump area)
3. Better water diverted at the bottom of the tub (for better water exit)
