Recently i got an invitation to help some friends that just moved to Miami. They own a trade company with branches in Brazil, Paraguay, China and The U.S. They moved but they feel a little depressed because they miss their friends. Also, they need some help with their new house. I'll help them unpacking, choosing furnitures and appliances and teach my friend's wife some of my recipes as they won't have me to cook for them once a week anymore.
If I accept, in one or two months i'll fly again to Miami and enjoy up to 90 days there.
Things I want to know about Miami and cities close to there are:
1) What club members are in that area? I'd love to meet club members in real life, also see some collections. Id also love to have somebody to go out with me and guide me to interesting restaurants, dance clubs, pubs, stores, etc.
2) Are there any places I can find vintage (or not so vintage) interesting stuff like washers and dryers? Is it considerably easy to find vintage stuff in Miami? (As they own a trade company just like my former boss, if I find something really interesting, it's easy and cheap to forward them to Brazil.) If I find a matching dryer to my WO-65 I won't think twice before buying it. Maybe I can buy another pair too, but I don't know yet what brand or if it's going to be vintage or modern or brand new.
I also plan small trips to Lynn, Roanoke, Augusta and NYC, to visit some AW friends so let's consider 75 days in Miami and 15 days in other cities.
