I was just wondering if anyone has used Foca before? and if so how is the performace of it and does it cause any alergic reactions Cause i was thinking about trying some.

There are two verisons of Foca.. :)

One, is the super, duper good stuff, loaded with Phosphates. This is really clean rinsing in a TL, and has enzymes, and in general does a really good job. It's made for handwashing clothes too, so it's high sudsing, and shouldn't be used in a FL.

The 2nd Verison, is Phosphate Free. And, in general it does a pretty good job. It has enzymes, and does a decent job, probably about the same cleaning power as All or Gain. It's good for most general stuff. However, it's Phosphated Version, runs circles around it. It's also very high sudsing, although, it does rinse pretty well. Don't use in a FL, unless you use a really reduced dose.

Check Wal-Mart. They should have little mini bags for like $1.84? :)

Allergies

We used FOCA for almost a year until I developed an allergy to detergents. To note, my allergy was to all detergents with fragrance in them not just FOCA. But it does a very good job cleaning. You can't beat the value for the price.

Unfortunately, Foca with phosphate is hard to find and will become more so as time goes on, unless you happen to come across some old stock.
