Was wandering through Meijers today and they had Fennel 5 for $5 so I pick up a bulb and a Pink lady apple.  tossed it together, sadly minus the fresh Tarragon - forgot it- but it was still quite good, will make it again!

I love the taste of fennel. But I don't know anything about how to prepare it. I will try this at first chance.
