The kdss seems ok, the toaster I have no idea, the pink Maytags have issues. The 2018 speed queen is new, (like really really new) had extensive body damage.

Modern Maid...
Had the Modern Maid toaster in the kitchen for many decades. Got lots of use, came to a sad end when it caught fire one morning.
What to do, I had a hole in my wall. So I adapted it to another toaster, built a pull out shelf, and placed a Kitchen aid Toaster gifted to me from our much missed Kelly. Think of him often when using it.
