Hi there. I remember the flying nun. Loved Sally Fields....what a great show....loved Madeleine Sherwood as Mother Superior and also Sister Sixto....that was when they made good TV shows and great washers

'67 was still washer heaven

True,there still were some great washers in 1967 when this show debuted, by the way,another wonderful show that premiered in Sept.1967,just 3 days after "The Flying Nun" was "The Mothers-In-Law" with Kaye Ballard and Eve Arden."The Flying Nun" was an instant,big hit that ran until 1970,but "The Mothers-In-Law" struggled with marginal ratings, ending in 1969
