Have your own business..... a SEARS STORE in a country which economy is about to collapse.

What a deal!

A few minutes ago, I just saw this on Facebook. Sears is looking for investors in Brazil. To get this wonderful (wonderful? wtf?) offer, and have your own Sears store you need to invest "only" between 10 and 50 million, depending on the size of the trouble you want.

The only problem, after that, will be finding consumers because, the way things are going in Brazil, in less than a year we're going to look exactly like Cuba.

Sorry, I don't know how to translate online a website before posting so, i hope you can understand some portuguese.

If I'm not mistaken, a few days ago there was a thread about Sears closing stores in the U.S. I couldn't find it. Robert, please help! Could you please delete this thread and paste it as a comment on that thread? Thanks

I read enough B. Portuguese to get a snigger out of that. I hope the Brasileiros with $50M to throw around are also laughing.[this post was last edited: 10/11/2014-05:27]

Carmine, don't trust the news...

All the news from a few years ago were LIES!

Now that we're near the presidential elections, everything started to appear.

What our govenment (President Dilma Houssef) did was simply hide all the problems in the closet and make Brazil look like a strong country with a super hability of solving economical issues.
Of course investors from several countries decided to start businesses here.

The economical miracle, that was strange but great, coincidently when the whole world was facing a huge economica crisis, Brazil was laughing with a very low inflation. But it was no more than a super scam. We simply procrastinated the problem and now it's much worse.

Petrobras was the biggest company in Brazil and probably one of the biggest in the world... Just search for it's info on stock market. Now it's worth almost nothing.
