In one's search for a stack dryer stand have been making the rounds of usual Internet sites, and one thing which has always bothered me is becoming more annoying. Persons who refer to unitized stacked washer and dryer sets as "stackable".

Lets wake up people!

Stackable implies these units can be separated and used side by side or some such, which clearly they cannot.

Ok, rant over! *LOL*

OK, we tried.

Launderess deleted her initial post, so I thought it would be fun to make an entire thread of nothing but deleted posts. Several of us posted something, left it up for a awhile, then deleted it. Those who happened to drop by at the right time saw some of those posts. Even I, who was checking in fairly regularly, didn't catch all of them.

It was just a goofy attempt at a minimalist art/art-by-chance project. We actually got quite a few views, and perhaps those who saw a few of the posts had a good chuckle.

On a serious note.........

I do find it frustrating.... or perhaps, more REALLY annoying... when *someone* posts an ad for a "stacked" washer / dryer on Craigs List saying they are "stackable" when it is obviously not.

Fixed, STACKED, non-unstackable, etc... I wish these people would get an effing clue and word their ad correctly!
