At work I may be sort of encased in electric feilds-so far me and the other guys are fine.But just don't stay outside in front of the antenna!!I don't want to sit in front of a SW curtain array that has anywhere from 100Kw to 500KW of power on it!I think the electric feild from an electric blanket is not really worth worrying about.An MRI scan is going to subject you to a more powerful magnetic feild than any electric blanket.At a plant where they make the most powerful magnets-for tours of the site they ask you to remove all metal from your person and even ask if you have any metal fragments in your eyes or skin-the magnetic feilds in that site are that strong.Forget the name of the place-but they show on YouTube one of their magnets energized-they drop a peice of aluminum in the center of it-takes it all day for the peice to drop thru.And you can get the same effect with superconducting magnets-a fist size coil in a tank of liquid nitrogen-energized with only a few dry cells-enough to pull a 10Lb wrench from your hand!

love my water bed
We have a king size motionless mattress with lumbar support. Always warm in the winter and always cool in the summer. Usually kick off the top quilt during the night.

Waterbed here
Only reason I hang on to it is it's nice and warm in the winter.
Between the waterbed and a big orange cat I sleep quite comfey.
