The Netherlands is on that bottle because one of the two headquarters was in the Netherlands. They decided to reorganise and move all those activities to London.

It was a long battle about where their head quarters would be based. The Netherlands has always been very lenient with taxes for the Anglo-Dutch company so at first the decision was the NL. Under a lot of pressure the decision was revised and Unilever decided that London should get the headquarters. I'm not sure if they are very happy with the decision in the end. They were welcomed by the British tax authorities with a huge claim for their Dutch activities and they haven't seen the end of that.
