Why does that Shetland-Lewyt vacuum cleaner look so much like the early 60s Whirlpool/Kenmore vacs, please?

I have no idea why they look so much like the RCA Whirlpool from the 60s. I thought the same thing. I wasn't sure what I was looking at when I spotted the cleaner in the garage.
It's in pretty nasty shape. Not sure that I'm going to keep it.

So I can now restore the agitator to its fullest.
The other one is beat and sticky and fallen apart so yay !

Hamilton Beach Model H Mixer
What a wonderful find! That model was made from 1956 until 1960. My mother has that model and her's is 53 years old, with the original bowls and unbent beaters. i have a couple of chrome models, have yet to find one with a working timer. I like the mixguide window. Once on eBay, there was a model G for sale new still in the box. Be sure to follow the oiling instructions. Sometimes the handle would vibrate against the motor housing at high speed. My favorite mixer for making divinity candy. (Seafoam--in the mixer recipe book)

Does that vacuuum have all the tools? Crevice tool, dusting brush, upholstery, floor brush, rug tool, and "vibra beat"? We can see the hose and wands are in great condition.

I have to say life is to be lived! Enjoy it when it is right in front of you. If a new mixer that happens to be just a bit sparkly and Fabulous AND happens to run across your eyes at an estate sale and says buy me,who could say no? I for one wouldn't.
