This was forwarded to me by a guy in Philly that I have come to know after buying a vintage KM last summer. Can't make the C/L link work, but if you're interested, e-mail me and I'll forward you the e-mail attachment I got (e-mail me here on the site).

Looks pretty cool!

The ad reads:

Antique GE Electric Range (West Phila)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fabulous antique electric range, circa 1950, free to a good home. The two ovens work, as do two of the burners. You must remove

That looks like a nice one. It's the earliest of the three frame styles GE used during the 50's, and was probably made in the Columbia, MO plant. They made this style from around 1949 until 1954 when they introduced the models with the smaller door on the left (like Robert's), which were made at Appliance Park in Louisville, KY. The third style (like Greg Ganskyl has) was made beginning in 1957, and ran until sometime in the 80's. Hope someone here will get it.
