I have a friend that lives in Greenfield Ohio that called me this morning and asked me to make this posting. He has a Easy Spin Dry washer that he's looking to give to a good loving home. He believes that it is from around 1959-60. He had all new hoses put on about 7 years ago. The only problem with it is that the slide switch for the pump isn't working. The machine is in really good condition. If you are interested or have more questions please feel free to contact me or Mike himself. His phone number is 937-876-9634. This will be a pick up only machine as he doesn't want to ship. I might also add that a trip to Mike's is something you will not soon forget. He has the largest collection of vacuums, mixers, blenders, coffeemakers, etc. that you will ever see. It is like a trip down memory lane. I hope that someone that has really been wanting one of these spin dryers will be able to get it. Terry

Love those Easy Spins

Terry:

How cool is that! I wish it was closer. Not only would I like to check out the Easy Spin Dry washer, but I would love to see Mike's collection! I hope someone gives this a good home! :-)

Hi Pete, Yes if you are coming to the convention I will bring pictures that I took there last summer. Sorry no digital camera yet. I am amazed at his collection. After seeing your Bosch mixer I thought I remembered seeing one at Mike's last summer but with as many as he has it was hard to take it all in. Checked with him after reading your post and sure enough he does, in fact two of them. Have you ever heard of an Electrolux mixer? Mike got one of these a few months ago and it has become his all time favorite.
Yes Roger, I was thinking that maybe you could swing by Mike's after the convention and pick this beauty up for your mom!!! The perfect gift for watch the kitties while you are gone.LOL Terry

Yup, I'm familiar with the Electrolux DLX mixer which has a slightly different bowl and mixer design from Bosch but again a super duty machine for the big batches a bread dough. They used to go by the name of Magic Mill I believe.

Sounds perfect Terry, although some early morning Ross is going to wake up and hear his running in the garage, and she will be out there using it! ;-)
