For free you can take a shot at fixing the TT and tuner.The TT made need idler wheel cleaning-refurbishing and the TT mechanism would need cleaning and relubing.Check the motor bearings,too they could be dry.For the tuner another matter.Nothing for me to listen to anyway-so I would leave it-but could be a dirty function switch-so hope may not be lost.
