That's two different dishwashers.  The one in the ad is a Lady Kenmore--first electronic control model.  Has programmable 10, 20, and 30 minute main wash phase options.

your second picture is mixed up with another dw that happens to be a portable. The one from the ad is a built-in. Here's the correct pic for the machine that's in the ad. Note that it has the V tines in the bottom rack which limits how you can load it.
