I'd say more like from the 80s with it being a self-cleaner.

I Have an Alternate Suggestion:

Instead of getting a Tappan gas self-cleaner with standing pilots, try this:

Buy a yacht for the CEO of your local gas utility.

After a few years, it'll work out to about the same cost, and you won't have the aggravation of a Tappan.
