Free to a good home-my vintage Whirlpool washer friend!

I have a Whirlpool washer that we purchased from a friend. It was approximately 10 years old when we purchased it and it has travelled with me as we were stationed in different states with the USAF. It has been my one and only washer for almost 30 years and I love it. We have repaired it through the years even though people told us it was time to retire it . It has some significant leakage issues now. We were told that it will need a new transmission. It also has a rust in the bottom of the tub which is causing the leak. These repairs are not difficult, but finding parts is very tough at this point. The washer is from the early 1980's and is showing a model number of LHA5500N1.
My old washer friend is now in our yard since we have a new washer and I could not bear the thought of it going straight to the dump. Before I remove it I wanted to see if any of you would be interested in it. It would be free, of course, but I have no idea how it would make its way to you. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Other than a few repairs needed, I think this little beauty is in pretty good shape. I can't figure out how to attach pic, but if you are interested, reply to me and hopefully I can find a way to get pics to you.
