Whoa!  That looks like a Custom Imperial with the sprayer on the top... A 62 or 63 like the one PhilR has!

It's a Deluxe, all the 1963-64 spray tube models had the sprayer on top.

 

I tried to contact the owner yesterday as I would have been interested to buy the silverware basket if the machine was not claimed... Unfortunately, the ad was still there but there was no way to contact the seller.

It's like it entered puberty or something the way the knob started enlarging and sticking out further.
