Free to a good home if you come and get it. This dryer is in working condition but the door is hard to open and it gets too hot to trust with my modern fabrics. Sorry it's white but it does have turquoise colored controls. I've decided that I don't want to keep it but I can't bear to scrap it.
If no one has already taken it, I will. I just need to arrange transport if Mab44107 can hang on to it until then. I tried to email but the "address" comes back as not valid.
Thanks for the inquiries regarding the dryer. I'm in the process of moving and I'm away from my computer for long periods of time so your patience is appreciates while I sort through my emails. I had hoped I hit the jackpot when I stumbled across this forum but I underestimated how quickly I'd get responses. Needless to say, I'm pleased to find so many people who appreciate old appliances. It was a tough decision to let it go.
Does anyone know the dimensions on this dryer: width, depth, height, & the weight, too? I am looking for quotes for shipping & I want to be as close as possible.
She emailed me today. If you want it, go get it. She says it is in the garage of her new house. I did the "Uship" thing to get quotes. I just didn't want it to get trashed. Let me know.
Akronman - enjoyed the links and viewing your 1-18 and w/d - I'm still getting familiar with all these units..with the lid open, "Jet-Action" caught my eye. LOL! Jet Action - it was fun growing up in the jet age, as others here probably know. Congrats to brainardcooper (Brian?) on picking up the dryer...free!
