Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I agree with John.  Dave had one of these when I first met him.  It always took three tries before it would kick in.  He had bought it used so it could have been messed with, but regardless, it was noisy and ugly (almond color).  The mid '80s Whirlpool that replaced it was superior in every way.

Seems like: Anything w/ THREE DOORS deserves a PUT-DOWN!

A 3-door version of what was hard enough having two doors of back in the '80's...

A part that pressed the freezer door to help the light turn off when the door was closed went missing, then I think unexpectedly turned up, after much blame got tossed around for possibly throwing away what was thought to be merely a discarded Lego piece, rather than simply put in the Junk Drawer, if I miraculously got the light to turn off and go on, via a miracle, ranking with such a fridge still lasting a good, honest, fifteen-years...

Was any of the competition just as bad? As in White-Westinghouse, Gibson, Kelvinator, Mont. Ward, Admiral and Norge?
