I was hoping it was the Horizon Elite with the electronic controls and the interesting single piece spiral agitator. I believe there is a link to a video of that one on you tube.

I think if the WCI models are treated with TLC they can probably be as good as any average top load washer. Although, I've never owned one so I guess my statements are "trump-like." ;-)

I dunno. We owned a Gibson washer when we were first married. That damn thing was SO LOUD, it sounded like it was coming up the stairs from the basement.

I went scrounging, and found a Maytag 806 on a trade in pile. We switched the Gibson, with the Maytag, never looked back.
