1966 Frigidaire Ad

John,
Is your 1967 like the one featured in this ad? I've always thought this was one of the coolest Frigidaire ads ever! Definitely implies that Frigidaire has tapped into the future.

Lawrence, thanks for posting the cool ad and yes that is basically the same refrigerator. Mine is all white unfortunately, they even made it with SS outer door panels [ would love to find those ]. I had a customer some years ago that had the model in the ad, I should go back to the house and see if it is still around. I know when she was having trouble with it about 15 years ago it was moved out the garage when a new Kitchen-aid SxS took its place in the kitchen.

 

I will have to do a photo shot of this refrigerator sometime, or you guys can come see it in person, I will even turn on the AIS ice maker.

We had that same fridge in the ad in our kitchen for a long time.  Model FPCI 19 BK.  It was about a year old, when it had a defrost problem, and melted a lot of the plastic in the freezer. The customer got a new fridge from Frigidaire, and my dad got the old one as a factory scrap out. Rebuilt the inside of the freezer, and had a nice 'fridge for a long time.
