Anybody know what year and model this is? There's a paper tag with schematic on the back ripped in just the right place (model ripped off). You can see just something with an S and a dash 20.
It was my great grandmother's in NY. Dad kept it and we used to use it when we had big family get togethers because you could cook two big birds that won't fit in today's ovens. It still works.
The staining is because it was directly below the outside faucet leaking and we didn't notice. The faucet was repaired, but I have yet to try never-dull to see if it will lift the stains off the metal.
Anyone want to buy it? Mother said no, the scrap guy can't have it. I wasn't sure there would be any interest; we kept it for utility.
They surely don't make them like they used to. Even the clock and timer worked with a bit of cleaning and oil, but that was probably twenty years ago.
Thanks for any info you may have on this.
