It's a 1968 model. The free-standing ranges were redesigned for 1969 (P models) but didn't change for 1970.
I don't know much of anything about these later models. But if 1967 is Year L, what happened to Year M?

I have a RM-35C range from 1950...
But Frigidaire skipped the letters "M", "O", "Q" and "V" and "Z" in the year designations of the 1960s-1970s. Probably becaused the Q can be confused with an "O" and because the "M" "O" "V" ans "Z" were already used as year codes in the 1950s!
"T" was used in 1954 on ranges and refrigerators and also in 1972 on laundry appliances but not twice on ranges or laundry appliances. It was however used on refrigerators and freezers to designate the model year in both 1954 and 1972 and it was also used a lot to designate "Top freezer" models in the 1960s and 1970s...
"B" was used on some appliances in 1960, "E" in 1962, "F" in 1963, "H" in 1964. Some models were produced for a few years with the same letter and they were usually introduced during the previous year just like cars are.
Free standing ranges started to use letter codes in 1965 (or mid-1964) after using two digit number codes showing the year since 1956.
So 1965 is "J", 1966 "K", 1967 "L", 1968 "P", 1970 "R", 1971 "S", 1972 is "T", in 1973, a 3 was added after the letters from the previous years back to "N", 1974 "U". There was also a "W" added to some late 1973-74 models (probably after the 1974 "U" line of other appliances were introduced in 1973) and for 1975 models (or should I say, mid-1974), no more letter code for years...
Some models were produced many years, so you could still buy a "N" model Compact 30 drop-in range, a "L" model cooktop and a "K" model wall oven in 1972. Some models even combined two letters. For example, some 1970 refrigerators were "N-R" models...
The free-standing ranges had more constant yearly changes before 1970. The 1969 "P" models were produced for two years (so there were no 1970 "R" ranges). Then the 1971 "S" models were also produced for two years (so no "T" ranges). In 1973, there was a "3" suffix added to many model numbers, including those of free standing ranges and later that year, there was a "W" that replaced the "S"... So I have a RCDE3-38W range from late 1973-74 at home and that model replaced the almost identical RCIE3-39S from early 1973 and the RCIE-39S from 1971.
Some letters were also used to designate years and other things. For example, the letter "E" could mean "1962" or "Electri-Clean". Some models numbers were repeated because of that! For example, the model number "RBE-533" was used in 1962-63 on a version of the Compact 30 drop-in range and again in 1975 on a different self-cleaning model.
Getting confused ?!
The RCDG-71N in the ad should have been produced between mid-1967 and mid-1968 and it's a 1968 model!
