The most obvious one

Charlie the Tuna. We all love him, and we all feel sorry for him; nobody likes rejection.

On the other hand, WHY do we feel sorry for Charlie? Isn't it a little odd that this charming tuna wants nothing more than to be gutted, cooked, and canned? Man, that's just twisted.

I always though that if I were an animator, I'd make a cartoon of the day Star Kist accepted Charlie--flopping around on the deck of a ship, gasping for air until some fisherman comes over and slits him from stem to stern...

Gross, yeah, but maybe it would make Star Kist rethink their campaign.

Has anyone seen the new Dairy Queen commercial? Mr. Shrimp offers Mrs. Shrimp some popcorn. She takes a bite and realizes it isn't popcorn, but popcorn shrimp. He says "I thought it tasted familiar". She realizes at this point that the "children" are missing.
