You should check out this Youtube channel! This guy designed a blender which is said to be able to blend anything. And he has the videos to prove it! The company is known as BlendTec. Even though I think the blender is a commercial blender, this company also makes blenders for home use.

If you like "will it Blend?"
check out other websites-like "SSI world"and of course "Classic refuse Trucks"the SSI site shows various things being shredded in their indusrtrial shredders and crushers.Sadly some appliances are shown in that.then there is the Classic Refuse Trucks site-In their "Videos" section they show various types of trash truck compactor mechanisms crushing various things-love the Leach 2R crushing a car!And a Manual sideloader crushing a washer, loveseat, and a waterheater.also in the sideloader vidios shows bags of trash being crushed-the bags make a delightful "POP!" when crushed-same with plastic bottles-their lids pop off delightfully when crushed.Oh yes on the Blendtec site loved the video of tom grinding up the "guitar Hero" toy guitar-and the Christmas hassles!Maybe Tom should work for SSI-SSI should name their videos"Will it shred?"and the Classic Refuse Trucks-"will It Crush?"

My favorite "Will It Blend" video is the one where he blends an iPhone until all that is left is dust and then he said he was going to sell it on eBay.

I use my Blendtec blenders for more mondane uses-like making my breakfast and dinner smoothies!I also liked the grinding up of the I-Phone-and the video camera-especially when they return it to a store for an attempted refund!the store clerk and managers reactions to "The Camera fell into a large blender"The scenes of Tom blending the Scissors and other things in the Cricut Video was scary!Don't think scissors would "blend" very well without some personal peril!

I blame Dan Ackroyd

and SNL (back when it was still worth watching!)

Who else remembers the "Bass-O-Matic 76?"
(It was a crudely rebadged Hamilton Beach blender. Harvest Gold, if I remember aright.)
