Confusing detergents.....
I did have a customer who once got the box of Miracle Grow and Tide confused. She thought the washer was broken because everything was coming out blue.
This very thing could have happened to Jon. I understand how easy it would be to get the Dawn and Tide HE confused with all the excitement of getting a new washer.
I have a feeling Customer #59 is going to be very unhappy....

Affiniity
I normaly use Gain with Bleach. Liquid or powder and measure 1/4 capful of it in the dispenser. It never reaches the point of not being able to open the door and having a wave of excess suds billow onto the floor.I have had some oversudsing issues when I do a smaller load or the wash I put in isn't real dirty. The affinities have a nice oversuds pipe that keeps the excess suds from going on the floor.They just go through this pipe into the drain hose and down the drain.I was realy surprised to find that out because every other front loader I've had,except the L.Gs,has had that oversudsing on to the floor issue.I am still real sattisfied with these Affinities.
