Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

yes I have time-fill Maytag

I got it about a year ago. I think its about a '56, BOL, black bakelite agitator, 3 water-temps, 1 speed, 1 cycle.(the water levels is preset on the timer dial, 1/2,3/4,Full.) you turn the timer dial to the water level you want to start the washer, and when the water level has been reached, it goes into the wash cycle(timer advances every 30 seconds from from the start of filling, through the cycle.)
when I can get my timer to energize,(I need a new timer for it.. it takes a while to get the timer to start running after it sits overnight etc.)its a great washer other wise. It's a bit noisey but does the job well!!

aw man

take me take me....id even ride it the trunk to be able to have fun digging..ha ha..we have nothing like that here in st louis..so not fair..

Hi Greg and Steve, Sure looks like you guys had some fun at that place!! Would love to go digging in there too. What a neat find in the Kitchen Aid glass front. Can't wait to see that one in action. Terry

Yes, Peter, the place has gotten worse! No more appliances added to the piles in the warehouse, but there are certainly more outside the store. It's amazing really, I don't know how he's able to keep that stuff around like that being a safety and fire hazzard, definitely a "good 'ol boy network" around there!

Louis, the picture is of the back of a school bus converted to a camper. It no longer runs, but that probably goes without saying ;-) I don't think much of anything runs in that warehouse anymore.

There are more Hoover & Maytag twinnies around the place, lots of them actually, but they are all in need of much work - mostly pumps.

WOW!

You guys are going right down my alley! I love scavenging through places like this. If you can get past the crap....the treasures are yours for the taking. Absolutely love the Kitchen Aid! FAB!

Venus :-D
