A 1967 DE-920B! What a beautiful pair; if only it came with its mate but I expect she is long gone.
That's a really beautiful dryer (can you tell that I'm partial to GE styling?)! I love it.

This model with the light below the control panel was a much better design than the one with the light at the top of the panel shining in your eyes. I thought that this had a button for low heat which would have been safe for expensive lingerie, but maybe I'm mistaken. With the way the minute settings are spread so far apart on that timer, it was only able to be set for 40 minutes of time drying when it had the space for much more time. The specs say it could be used on 120 so either the second button was labeled "Economy" which reduced the voltage to 120 and was usually near the bottom of the button array or the thermostat could be adjusted down so that the Time-Temp auto dry would terminate at lower temperatures which meant that this dryer had the more expensive thermostat formerly called the Compensated Control which had the adjustment screw located behind a small cover on the opposite side of the opening from the drum light, I think. Maybe the Ecomony setting took the place of that adjustment screw on earlier models. That button for Wash and Wear was really not needed since it used the same high heat as the auto dry. Maybe GE was developing a case of the Norge syndrome with repeating buttons for the same heat. The last 10 minutes of the timed cycle were the air fluff/cool down so the button for air fluff was not strictly necessary either. I have a feeling that it would safely dry lingerie on one setting or another.
My neighbor Thelma's GE Versatronic dryer had the light at the top, but it angled downwards, so didn't shine in anyones eyes. I have seen some though that would be bad for that.
