Yep, thought that looked like a WCI.
Notice the warning on the name plate "Some external surfaces may cause burns - keep children away"
I heard these WCI ranges have no insulation in the oven doors or above the ovens. So the top gets hot enough to burn you, and probably the oven doors too. I guess that's the reason for the warning.
