I so want one of these, but find myself curling up in the fetal position on the floor and sucking my thumb after the seal-hell I went through with the last one.

That is a very strange model with all of the cycles, but without the lift up rack for the upper rack. I have seen that fixed upper rack in the BOL wash arm models, but the lower rack with the pins is almost impossible to load through the opening in the U-shaped upper rack.
