What is the connection between GE, and Fisher/Paykel? I picked up a dryer this weekend. It has the FP console, and top, and the rest is definitely GE. Pics tomorrow.

 

I do remember the tag saying it was made in Canada.

Their dryers that weren't the top load dryers were sourced by GE.

GE builds the dryer for Fisher and Paykel and fisher and Paykel built the smart drive washer marketed under the GE Monogram badge.

Monogram SmartDrive Washers

They were sold in the USA. I remember seeing one in action at a kitchen design center here in Atlanta. Really wanted one. By the time I got around to buying one, they were replaced by the F&P branded equivalent.

I'll see if I can dig up the brochure, if I still have it.
