This one is a few years newer than the other one that was shown a while back, I bought it for 35.00 at an antique mall, I have tried to find a decent one for a while, this has a few scuff marks on the outside, but looks new inside, I tried it and it works great.

Hans, I really like that temperature window!  I also like the window in the lid, which seems to be positioned in the same spot as the windows on Nesco lids.

I'll take a guess and say your roaster is about 10 years newer than mine.

Did you get any of the containers with it or just the racks?

I came across a beater "for parts" version of my roaster on ebay with an absurd starting bid of $129, and the seller wasn't even sure it worked. Um, there's an easy way to find out . . .

I do like the look of the black enameled containers that my roaster is supposed to have, but it seems that with the majority of these ovens those pieces got separated, presumably for use in conventional ovens, etc. and never were reunited with the roaster again.  My mom's old Westy roaster didn't even have its racks, and many for sale on line are missing those extra parts too.
